Angela L. Folino joined Edwards, Kenny & Bray as an associate in 2010 after articling and practicing with a national firm in Vancouver. In her commercial litigation practice, she has experience representing a range of clients on a variety of civil and commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes and negligence claims in the areas of construction, banking, securities and transportation, among others.

Ms. Folino has appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia.

Representative Experience:

  • Represented a U.S. client in a breach of contract case involving a distribution agreement
  • Co-counsel for a developer in a trial involving a real property dispute
  • Counsel for contractors and owners in construction disputes
