- Acting as lead counsel in the amalgamation of the second and third largest credit unions in Canada and in the subsequent merger by way of asset acquisition to form the second-largest credit union in Canada
- Representing a credit union in a three-way merger of credit unions to form the largest credit union on Vancouver Island
