Profile

Diane E. Campbell joined Edwards, Kenny & Bray LLP as an associate in 2010 after working in-house for a financial institution in British Columbia and articling with a national firm in Vancouver.  

Ms. Campbell has a general corporate and commercial solicitor's practice.  She assists clients with business law matters in addition to advising credit unions on regulatory, legislative and legal issues.

Professional & Community Activities

Ms. Campbell is a member of the Vancouver Bar Association as well as the Banking Law, Freedom of Information and Privacy Law, and Corporate Counsel sections of the Canadian Bar Association (BC Branch).
