• Representing the successful party in a contaminated site dispute before the BC Court of Appeal: Seabright v. Imperial Oil, 2003 BCCA 57 
• Representing the successful party in contaminated site disputes before the BC Environmental Appeal Board: Nexen v. FMC and BC Rail v. Nexen
• Acting as Commission Counsel in the Government of British Columbia’s Wilderness Inquiry
