Elizabeth M. Khean is an associate at Edwards, Kenny & Bray LLP, joining EKB in 2011 after articling with the firm.

Ms. Khean has a general corporate and commercial solicitor’s practice and assists clients with business law matters including purchase and sale of businesses and corporate restructuring.

Professional & Community Activities

Ms. Khean is a member of the Business Law, Real Property and Young Lawyers sections of the Canadian Bar Association (BC Branch), as well as the CBA Women Lawyers Forum.

Prior to being called to the British Columbia Bar in 2011, Ms. Khean was the President of the University of Victoria’s Legal Information Clinic. Among her achievements, Ms. Khean was the recipient of the following honours:
