Brian Mulholland is a partner at Edwards, Kenny & Bray LLP.Mr. Mulholland has a corporate and commercial law practice and, in his twenty-five years of practice, has represented clients in a wide range of businesses and industries.
A particular focus of Mr. Mulholland’s practice is BC forestry law. His forest industry clients include logging contractors involved in all phases of timber harvesting operations, sawmills, and holders of timber tenures. His clients benefit from his broad range of expertise, his hands-on approach and his practical advice.
In the area of aviation law, Mr. Mulholland facilitates a range of business transactions for clients throughout British Columbia, particularly owners and operators of rotary wing aircraft.
Mr. Mulholland also represents financial institutions and corporate purchasers/borrowers in commercial real estate and financing transactions. He also advises clients on wills and estate administration.

Mr. Mulholland is an associate member of the Truck Loggers Association of British Columbia, a member of the Estate Planning Council of Vancouver and a director and past president of the Richmond Kinsmen Home Support Society.
