EKB Partners Contributors to Award-Winning Business Law Publication | June 14, 2007 |
The international Association for Continuing Legal Education has awarded the Continuing Legal Education Society of BC (CLEBC) book, Advising British Columbia Businesses, the 2007 Award for Professional Excellence. The publication received one of only five first place awards granted annually to competitors representing more than 300 continuing legal education organizations.
As stated by CLEBC, this award is a tribute to all of the editorial board members and authors of the book who created this important resource for the profession. Terry Stewart, a senior partner at EKB, is the co-editor of Advising British Columbia Businesses and Geoffrey Sherrott, also a partner at EKB, is the author of the securities law section of the publication.
