Dan Fetterly and Alan Monk Recognized in 2019 Edition of Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory

Alan Monk has practised corporate/commercial law, securities/corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and mining law for over 20 years. He has taught mining law as an adjunct professor at UBC’s Peter A. Allard School of Law since 2009. In recent news, Alan published a paper in the Banking & Finance Law Review regarding an important Supreme Court of Canada decision that may pave the way for a more efficient national approach to securities regulation.
