Peter Brown is a regulatory and business law solicitor. He provides advice on a wide range of transactional and day-to-day business activities for commercial clients and financial institutions. Peter often acts in the role of General Corporate Counsel for his clients, advising on a comprehensive range of issues to help them succeed in accomplishing their business and organizational goals.

In particular, Peter has extensive experience in working with credit unions, including providing advice on the following:
