Riley Lalonde is an associate with a general business law practice. He assists clients and senior lawyers with a variety of business law matters including corporate reorganizations, divestitures and acquisitions, financings, and commercial real estate transactions.
Riley has experience working on a number of corporate and commercial matters, including advising clients on shareholder and contract law issues, assisting senior lawyers with the preparation of asset and share purchase agreements, and helping facilitate equipment financing transactions.
Riley joined EKB as an associate in 2015 after articling with the firm.
