Sharon Wade has over 20 years experience in litigation in all levels of court in British Columbia. She has worked at EKB since 2011 and assists counsel in personal injury cases, aviation law, aboriginal and general business litigation matters.
Sharon commenced her legal career in a law firm specializing in criminal law and was involved in all aspects of the criminal law practice for many years.
She then progressed to a paralegal position in civil litigation handling mainly personal injury cases. Throughout her career she has been involved in a variety of plaintiff and defence litigation matters.
Sharon has also assisted in aboriginal, fisheries and marine law cases in the Federal Court of Canada.
While employed at the Department of Justice in Vancouver, she was given a special assignment to accompany lawyers to the Canadian Embassy in Hong Kong to prepare highly confidential affidavit material.
