EKB lawyers make significant contributions to buying and selling a business manual
Four EKB partners and three EKB associates contributed to the most recent update of the Continuing Legal Education manual “Buying & Selling a Business”.
Bill Hartley, Geoff Sherrott (who was also one of the co-editors of the manual), Chani Campbell, Kelly Samuels and Jane Kemp updated the chapters on long-form and short-form asset purchase agreements; Peter Brown updated his chapter on non-disclosure, non-competition, employment and consulting agreements; and Terry Stewart updated his chapter on escrow agreements.
