One of the firm’s founding partners, Brenton D. Kenny, Q.C. was an associate counsel and senior solicitor at EKB. Brent’s distinguished law career spanned over 50 years. In 1969, he joined the partnership formed by Jack T. Edwards, Q.C. and John Bouck and helped to build EKB and its tradition of leadership and reputation for outstanding legal practice. In 1990, Brent was appointed Queen’s Counsel.

Brent had a comprehensive corporate and commercial practice and acted as a “legal quarterback” for clients with wide-ranging activities, when they wished him to fulfill that role.
