Nathan Cramer practices business law and entertainment law, assisting clients on corporate, transactional, and entertainment industry-specific matters.

Nathan has experience working with a range of corporate clients across various industries. His work includes assisting clients with mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property licensing, reorganizations, and advising on corporate governance issues and other general corporate commercial matters.

Nathan received his JD from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Coumbia. Prior to law school, Nathan earned a BA from the University of Victoria, where he graduated with distinction.
