Yulin Shih

Bio

Yulin Shih practices with EKB’s business law team and assists clients on a range of corporate matters including incorporations, acquisitions and dispositions, real estate transactions, financings, restructurings and compliance with federal and provincial legislation.

Yulin enjoys learning about his clients’ unique business needs and finding cost-effective and practical solutions for them. 

Yulin joins EKB after maintaining a general solicitor’s practice at a law firm in downtown Vancouver. Yulin received his JD from the University of Calgary and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia. Prior to law, Yulin worked for a Member of the Legislative Assembly. Yulin is fluent in Mandarin.
