Jacob returned to EKB as an articling student after graduating from the University of Victoria’s Faculty of Law, having previously worked as a summer student with EKB. During law school, Jacob completed a summer position with the BC Ministry of Water, Land and Resource Stewardship, where he conducted research and drafted legislative proposals for the BC Coastal Marine Strategy.

Prior to law school, Jacob obtained an undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Victoria and worked at a strategy consulting firm in Vancouver.
