Alina is a senior paralegal with extensive experience in estate and incapacity planning, estate administration, estate litigation and real estate. She began her legal career in 1998 as a legal administrative assistant and earned her paralegal certificate in 2004.
With over two decades of experience, Alina has extensive knowledge in both substantive and procedural aspects of her practice areas. She is highly skilled in preparing legal documents – including estate grant applications, Wills and other estate planning documents, and real estate documents – as well as analyzing and evaluating complex information, facts and documentation, managing e-discovery, conducting legal research and supporting ongoing file management.
Alina works closely with clients, legal professionals, government agencies, financial institutions, experts, accountants, witnesses and other third parties to move her files forward.
As a Commissioner for taking Oaths and Affidavits, Alina also assists clients with the execution of Statutory Declarations, Affidavits and land title documents.
