Anna is an experienced paralegal specializing in commercial real estate law. With a focus on providing comprehensive support to clients involved in commercial real estate transactions, Anna works alongside lawyers to ensure the smooth execution of deals, from contract negotiation and due diligence searches to property acquisition and funding. She primarily assists lawyers in their work with clients buying, selling and leasing investment properties, such as shopping centres, residential apartment buildings, development sites and office buildings, helping them navigate the complexities of commercial real estate law.

Anna has experience with both, residential and large-scale commercial real estate transactions. Her strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate client needs have made her an invaluable resource for clients seeking efficient and effective support at various stages of commercial real estate transactions.

In addition to her work on acquisitions, dispositions, Anna has significant experience assisting clients with financing matters. Her ability to effectively coordinate with lenders, brokers, insurance agents, property management companies, legal teams and clients has proven instrumental in helping close deals smoothly and on time.

Anna obtained her paralegal training in the areas of commercial real estate and corporate law from Vancouver Community College. Before joining EKB, she worked at a leading boutique commercial real estate firm in Vancouver, where she developed paralegal expertise in acquisitions and dispositions, strata lot sales and financing transactions.
