Olivia Veldkamp practices business law and works with clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. Her practice includes mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, financings, real estate transactions, and regulatory compliance. She has experience working with domestic and multi-national companies in a variety of industries.

Olivia received her JD from the University of British Columbia and her Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto. Olivia joined EKB as an associate in 2023 after working as a corporate solicitor in downtown Toronto.
