Lauren Frederick practices regulatory and business law, providing advice on transactional and day-to-day activities for financial institutions and commercial clients.
In particular, Lauren has extensive experience advising credit unions on a wide range of matters, including mergers and collaborations, technology and software contracts, banking system and digital banking contracts, privacy and data protection compliance, corporate governance, employment matters and regulatory compliance.
Lauren has been with EKB since 2019, when she began as a summer articling student. Lauren obtained her JD from the University of Victoria, where she was the recipient of the Law Society of British Columbia Gold Medal.
