Lauren Frederick is a Partner at EKB, with a regulatory and business law practice focused on financial institutions and commercial clients. She advises on transactional and day-to-day business activities, including commercial agreements, technology arrangements, privacy and data protection compliance, corporate governance, employment matters, and regulatory compliance.

Lauren has extensive experience advising credit unions on a wide range of operational and strategic matters.
