The EKB employment law team has provided advice and representation on all aspects of employment law. Our experience and breadth of practice allow us to advocate effectively for both employers and employees, guide corporate clients through employment issues in transactions, draft contracts and policies, and advise on the shareholder matters that often accompany employment issues.  We also assist unionized employers on a range of issues, including grievances and corporate transactions.

Our lawyers are involved in more than assisting clients with employment law issues.  Our employment law team has appeared at all three levels of Court in British Columbia and has made submissions to Worksafe BC, WCAT, the BC Human Rights Tribunal, and the Employment Standards Branch.
