Our Commercial Real Estate Group represents purchasers, vendors, developers, investors, lenders, landlords, tenants in a variety of matters including the acquisition and disposition of all types of commercial properties, ownership structures and financing issues.
In representing a variety of industries, including natural resource and manufacturing, we have experience in advising on environmental issues, from decommissioning, remediation, approval, leasing, subdivision through to sale.
Our dispute resolution and litigation team regularly represents clients concerning property disputes including commercial lease matters, construction contracts and builders liens.
