Workplace issues concern a number of areas, from employment law to workplace health and safety and privacy. We advise our clients, both employers and employees on all issues relating to employment.
The EKB employment law team has provided advice and representation on all aspects of employment law. Our experience allows us to recognize the overlap between employment law and insurance issues including long term disability matters as well as retirement considerations.
Our lawyers are involved in more than assisting clients with employment law issues. From rendering decisions for WorkSafe BC in relation to health and safety and workplace bullying, contributing to Employment Obligations & Confidential Information, 3rd edition to various speaking engagements, our Employment Law team is involved in all aspects of employment law.
