The Manual promotes access to justice by providing a guide to civil litigation in the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal of British Columbia that is written in plain language and is accessible for free to all users. The Manual includes areas of law pathfinders, a guide to civil procedure, and annotations of the BC Supreme Court Civil Rules and Court of Appeal Rules.
Laura C. Morrison authored the annotations of Part 11 of the Supreme Court Civil Rules on expert witnesses and Part 3 of the Court of Appeal Rules on Notices of Appeal.
