Regulatory & Administrative Law

Our regulatory and administrative law team has provided advice and representation to businesses and professional individuals in many areas.

Almost every industry and business is subject to some form of regulation. Sometimes those regulations are in relation to environmental matters, professional conduct and discipline, workplace conduct, or financial issues. Whatever the area, it’s important that our clients understand their regulatory environment.

Whether determining what regulatory requirements must be met to effect a sale of property, what workplace conduct is subject to regulation or what professional standards must be met, our team is able to work with our clients to ensure they are properly meeting their regulatory requirements.

We have advised clients on environmental requirements for land matters, worked with financial institutions to meet proper regulations, advised on pharmacy regulations, and appeared as counsel before various regulatory tribunals and the courts. Our understanding of the various administrative law processes allows us to guide our clients through an increasingly complex and changing field.
