Ian van den Dolder practices business law, and assists clients on a range of transactional matters, with a focus on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and general commercial matters for both mature and start-up companies. Ian has assisted companies with reorganizations, financings, real estate transactions, incorporations and corporate restructurings.

Ian has represented domestic and multi-national companies in a variety of industries including commercial real estate, health-care, manufacturing, and financial technologies.

Ian joined EKB as an associate in 2018 after articling with the firm.
