Ltd., a reporting issuer, and subsequent listing on the TSX Venture Exchange. EKB also represented Sendero in connection with concurrent brokered and non-brokered private placements securing over $5 million in equity financing. Sendero is an exploration stage mineral company whose principal asset is the copper-gold Penas Negras Project in Argentina.
