Grace McIntyre is a summer student at EKB, having joined the firm in May 2025 after finishing her second year of law school at Thompson Rivers University. 

Prior to law school, Grace obtained an undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of the Fraser Valley. She also worked for as an administrative assistant for a nonprofit organization in the lower-mainland.

During her time in law school, Grace volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada on the “Kamloops Pride – Knowing Your Rights” project. She has also been actively involved in student life, serving as the elected Co-President of the Women in Law Socitey and Chair of Events in her final year at TRU.

  • From September 2023 to April 2024, I contributed to the “Kamloops Pride – Knowing Your Rights” project through Pro Bono Students Canada, supporting LGBTQ2S+ legal education and advocacy.
