Hailey Tiessen enjoys a broad civil litigation practice as an associate lawyer and as a member of EKB’s litigation group.

Hailey has experience helping both businesses and individuals as they navigate a wide range of legal disputes. Hailey understands that every legal challenge requires a unique solution and aims to achieve the most suitable resolution for each client, whether it be through the court system or outside of it.

Hailey has appeared in the provincial, supreme, and appellate courts of British Columbia. She has also appeared before various tribunals, including the BC Human Rights Tribunal, and the Employment Standards Tribunal.

Hailey received both her Bachelor of Arts in art history and her JD from the University of British Columbia, joining EKB as an associate in 2022 after articling with the firm.
