Melnie Wong has over 35 years of experience assisting lawyers with both residential and commercial real estate transactions.
Before joining EKB, Melnie worked at several boutique real estate law firms in British Columbia. Throughout her career, she has assisted lawyers with all aspects of clients’ real estate transactions, including the purchase, financing and sale of properties in British Columbia, Alberta and Manitoba. She is experienced in drafting real estate documentation, managing closings of real estate transactions, and liaising with counsel for lenders, sellers and buyers.
